Join the BCHH for these weekly activities

• DAILY: Walk Any Time! Check in with the staff of the Backyard Community Health Hub to help us keep track of your participation.

• MONDAY: Breathe, Yoga, Zumba in the lower level Global Market Conference Room

• WEDNESDAY: Breath and Yoga, located in the Allina Conference Room. Craniosacral (by appointment only), call 612-353-6211.

• THURSDAY: Dinner Dialogue, located in the center area of the Midtown Global Market (first and third thursday)

• SATURDAY: Yoga, zumba and breath, located in the Allina Conference Room.
