Reservation & Payment Policy
Submitting a rental inquiry does not reserve your date.
Reservations are confirmed only after a signed rental agreement and payment of the required reservation fee.
A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Reservations made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation fees are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your event more than 14 days before your reservation, any additional payments made beyond the reservation fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
If available, you may request to transfer your reservation to a new date. Approval is subject to availability.
Additional Information
Renters are responsible for any damage to the space or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning, extended event time, or special staffing requests.
Friends of Global Market reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not align with our mission, policies, or facility requirements.
